Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
  • ½ cup chopped pecans
  • ½ cup chopped walnuts
  • ½ cup unsweetened coconut flakes
  • teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • ¼ teaspoon sea salt
  • ¼ cup unsweetened applesauce
  • cup melted coconut oil
  • ½ cup pure maple syrup
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • ½ cup chopped dried apples
  • 2 tablespoons chia seed

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
  • Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper and set it aside.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine oats, pecans, walnuts, coconut flakes, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  • In a separate bowl, add the applesauce, melted coconut oil, vanilla extract, and maple syrup. Whisk until smooth and fully combined.
  • Pour the wet ingredients over the dry mixture and stir until everything is evenly coated.
  • Spread the granola evenly onto the prepared rimmed baking sheet in a single layer. Press it down gently with the back of your spoon to help form clusters as it bakes.
  • Bake for 40 minutes, stirring once halfway through, until lightly golden and fragrant.

Notes

Store – Store in an airtight glass jar or container for up to 2 weeks at room temperature.
