- 1/2 Small avocado remove pit and skin
- 1/2 Medium ripe banana peeled
- 1/2 Cup Spinach
- 1/2 Cup Ice
- 3/4 Teaspoon Honey or sweetener of choice
Begin by prepping your ingredients: Cut and peel the banana, scoop out the avocado and discard the pit and skin, give the spinach a good rinse, and measure out everything else you'll need.
Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend on high speed until smooth, or until you reach your desired texture.
