  • 1/2 Cup Spinach
  • 1/2 Cup Ice

  • Begin by prepping your ingredients: Cut and peel the banana, scoop out the avocado and discard the pit and skin, give the spinach a good rinse, and measure out everything else you'll need.

  • Pour into a glass and enjoy this refreshing smoothie right away.

Notes

  • This avocado and banana smoothie is fully customizable—you can use your milk of choice! Almond milk, Oat milk, Coconut milk, Soy milk, Dairy milk, or coconut water.
  • Use frozen bananas to add a creamier texture to smoothies—but to make blending easier, slice them before freezing.
  • If your smoothie isn’t sweet enough, feel free to add more honey or your preferred sweetener to taste. If you'd rather not add extra sweetener, make sure to use a ripe banana— the riper it is, the more natural sweetness it will bring to your smoothie.
