The image shows a clear glass bowl filled with a light brown, slightly coarse dry mixture. A stainless steel whisk is partially submerged in the mixture, indicating it is being combined. These dry ingredients are for making einkorn banana bread and include einkorn flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and coconut sugar.
  • In a medium bowl, combine the egg, melted butter, bananas, and vanilla extract. Blend well and set aside.
The image shows a clear glass bowl filled with a smooth, golden-yellow liquid mixture with small bubbles and specks throughout. This mixture consists of the wet ingredients for making einkorn banana bread, including an egg, melted butter, and mashed bananas.
  • Combine the wet and dry ingredient using a spatula.
  • Place your batter into the buttered loaf pan and place in the preheated oven.
  • Cook for 60-70 minutes or until the internal temperature hits 205 degrees.
  • Remove the loaf pan from the oven and transfer the banana bread to a cooling rack. Allow it to cool for at least 2 hours before slicing.
